“we know that we live in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.”
~ 1 John 4:13

Hi James and Ellen,

Do you feel loved by your dad and ma? How do you know whether or not your dad and ma love you? Do you feel loved by God? What does love mean to you? Love to your grandpaa is one of those indefinable words. Original love in the way that God created love has become contaminated since God – as God the Father, inserted this feeling emotion into grape clusters of good fruit that God – as God the Spirit, is tasked to embed in every guy, gal and kid who accepts God – as God the Son, as his or her Lord and Savior. Apostle John – especially in 1 John 4, tackled the concept or idea of love in a series of three short missives. Apostle John describes love as being a feeling or emotion through which God – as God the Father, activates His mercy in the life of a specially elected guy, gal or kid when God – as God the Spirit, prompts him or her to acknowledge his or her heartfelt belief in God – as God the Son, as being his or her Lord and Savior. God – as God the Father, has designed love as the lifeline between interpersonal relationships. God – as God the Father, exemplified love when He became an incarnate guy – as God the Son. The ultimate love act that God – as God the Father, did for His specially elected guys, gals and kids was to deliberately allow Himself – as God the Son, to be tied and nailed to a cross – where His body experienced horrific pain and His life blood poured onto the ground. This personal bodily sacrifice that God – as God the Son, made – which defeated sin and death, resulted in a gift that each specially elected guy, gal and kid will receive as he or she goes through the grace/faith door into ‘His body’ – which is the universal church. The gift that each guy, gal and kid who God elected for Himself to be His adopted kids before He created planet Earth will be unconditionally awarded to him or her. The gift that God – as God the Father, will give to each one of His specially elected guys, gals and kids is a lifetime gift box that will always be filled completely with eternal life. If you are thinking ‘how does grandpaa know this’, your grandpaa would like you to memorize what Apostle John wrote in verse 13, “we know that we live in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.” An unmeasurable, unlimited supply of love exists for every guy, gal and kid who has God – as God the Spirit, living in his or her heart after having made a decision of faith when he or she acknowledged God – as God the Son, as being his or her Lord and Savior.

Love originated as a God word. Love has been co-opted by guys and gals to mean how they want it to mean. Love today is used to define a relationship that is between a guy and gal, a ma and her kid or kids or simply a word that is passed indiscriminately between guys, gals and kids. Love is also used by a guy, gal or kid to describe how he or she views a scenic vista, a beautiful object or a pet animal. In Apostle John’s days, love denoted a relationship initiated by God – as God the Father, with His specially elected guys, gals and kids. A guy or gal who knows the love of God – as God the Father, means that he or she cannot help but love his or her fellow bros, sisters, etc., that a specially elected guy, gal or kid will live without a fear of the unknown and that love cannot exist at the same time with hate and fear in the hearts of God’s specially elected guys, gals and kids who have acknowledged their faith in God – as God the Son. Apostle John’s definition of love is God. God – as God the Father, is the only one Who can push the perfect love button. When one of God’s specially elected guys, gals and kids tries to push the perfect love button, he or she will not be able to depress the perfect love button. Guys, gals and kids who were not elected by God before He created planet Earth will never know that there is a perfect love button to push.

Your grandmaa communicates the love fruit that God – as God the Spirit, has embedded in her as well as any gal who your grandpaa knows. Your grandpaa knows that he is biased but . . . your grandmaa and grandpaa are sometimes asked to speak during a church service. Your grandpaa has noticed that when it is his turn to speak, that the guys and gals who are listening to him will sit back on the bench or chair that they are sitting on, cross their arms and . . . some of the guys and gals will have a look on their faces that clearly tells your grandpaa that he better have something good to say or . . . your grandpaa has noticed that when it is your grandmaa’s turn to speak, that before she says anything that guys and gals are leaning forward, are uncrossing their arms and have a look on their faces that tells your grandpaa that they are ready to listen to what your grandmaa will say. All your grandmaa has to do is smile and guys and gals are ready to listen to her. Your grandpaa says that when he tries to smile, his false teeth will fall out of his mouth. Your grandmaa likes to laugh. Your grandmaa likes to make guys, gals and kids happy. Your grandmaa likes to help other guys, gals and kids. Your grandmaa has absolutely no trouble being around kids who are physically challenged or who are seriously sick. Your grandmaa is a doctor wannabe. When your grandmaa and grandpaa were the administrators of the rural resident training center, your grandmaa liked to dispense medicine, help as a midwife and be available for whatever need that there might be among the students and their families. The enemy spirit is doing everything that he can do to dilute perfect love. False, evil spirits are continually creating mayhem everywhere with every guy, gal and kid who is living on planet Earth. A task that God – as God the Spirit, has is to alert each one of the temples who He is in – which are the hearts of God’s specially elected guys, gals or kids, of the presence of an evil spirit. God – as God the Father, cannot be equated in any way to Satan or to any of his pipsqueak evil spirits. As you sense the love of God – as God the Father, your love will grow exponentially.
