“The days are coming,”’ declares the Sovereign LORD, “‘When I will send a famine through the land—not a famine of food or a thirst for water, but a famine of hearing the words of the LORD.”
~ Amos 8:11
Hi James and Ellen,
What do you think planet Earth would be like without God – as God the Spirit, being everywhere? Do you know who has ownership now of planet Earth? God – as God the Father, gave planet Earth to a fallen angel. The fallen angel’s name is Lucifer. Lucifer is known today as Satan. Would like to know why God – as God the Father, allowed an evil being – who is Satan, to disguise himself as a beautiful snake to desecrate His perfect creation by first invading and then permeating His cosmos of light, peace and hope with darkness, distrust and emptiness by convincing Adam and Eve into disobeying the will of God – as God the Father, by getting them to eat fruit from a tree that Adam had been told by God not to eat. Your grandpaa believes that he is a pawn – albeit a very important pawn in the eyes of God – as God the Father, in the ongoing skirmishes between good and evil battalions of beings that has an outcome that has already been determined by God – God has good beings win. Your grandpaa thinks that God – as God the Father, choreographed life challenges before He created planet Earth which He will have every guy, gal and kid who will live on planet Earth go through or experience before good beings ultimately win. Your grandpaa believes that these life challenges is one way that God – as God the Father, is clearly revealing to all of His specially chosen or elected guys, gals and kids the irrefutable validity of their being His specially chosen or elected guys, gals or kids and to clearly expose the conclusive futility of being a misguided, obtuse minion or gofer for Satan – the fallen angel. Amos – in Amos 8, pointedly explains what one of those bleak times will look like when God – as God the Spirit, takes a break from holding back Satan from being able to do his dastardly, evil stuff on planet Earth. Verse 11 says, “‘The days are coming,”’ declares the Sovereign LORD, “‘When I will send a famine through the land—not a famine of food or a thirst for water, but a famine of hearing the words of the LORD.”
The abject, dismal portrait that Amos – who is considered to be a minor prophet because of the length of his Amos Book, paints with words has guys staggering from sea to sea and wandering from north to east desperately trying to find God – as God the Father, for Him to direct them with His words through God – as God the Spirit. Amos definitively states that the words of God – as God the Father, though God – as God the Spirit, will not be heard nor will they be found during this spiritual silence famine. Lovely young gals and strong young guys will swoon during this time when God – as God the Spirit, goes mute. Guys and gals will attempt to celebrate religious feasts during this preplanned spiritual silence famine but God – as God the Father, will turn these feasts into a time of bemoaning and groaning. The attempt at singing by guys and gals during these scheduled religious feasts will turn to wailing, guys and gals will change from wearing finery to wearing sackcloth and guys and gals will shave their heads in hopes of getting God – as God the Father, to remove the bitter spirit that will be haunting them. This time will be recognized when the day arrives by the sun going down at noon putting planet Earth into complete darkness when it should be enjoying broad daylight, by the songs that are always sung in the temple being replaced by guys and gals inconsolably weeping and lying randomly everywhere on the ground, by needy guys, gals and kids being heartlessly and mercilessly trampled on by uncaring powerful guys and gals, by poor guys, gals and kids being ruthlessly and callously done away with by unscrupulous wealthy guys and gals among God’s specially chosen guys and gals and by measurements being skimped, dishonest scales being used and prices being boosted in order to cheat other guys and gals during this programmed spiritual silence famine when God will no longer be actively involved on planet Earth as God – as God the Spirit.
If God – as God the Spirit, was not everywhere on planet Earth right now, there would be no way that your grandpaa could keep the clutches of evil from creating havoc in his life. God – as God the Spirit, acts like a hedge around the guys, gals and kids who God – as God the Father, specially elected to be His adopted kids before He created planet Earth as a way to keep them from suffering sin’s rampages and ravages. Your grandpaa is actually intrigued watching the divine plan of God – as God the Father, unfold. Your grandpaa believes that the plan that God – as God the Father, has right now is that He will gradually close His mouth and that He will begin to withdraw Himself – as God the Spirit, from planet Earth – and from all the guys, gals and kids who are on it. A war between the good and evil battalions seems to be coming to a crescendo – for good to finally win and evil to no longer exist. The insurrecting Muhammad-follower guys and gals are creating escalating worldwide dissension. Christ-follower guys and gals are being condemned by world media while Muhammad-follower guys and gals are being condoned. The Iranian despotic President is poised to destroy with nuclear weapons God’s specially chosen guys and gals who are living in Israel. The hatred of God’s specially chosen guys and gals by Muhammad-follower guys and gals are driving Muhammad-follower guys and gals to do whatever they can to purge out the Israelite people group of guys and gals and to inflict as much fear as possible in any people group or country who supports the country of Israel and any Israelite people group guy, gal and kid who is living on planet Earth. Your grandpaa hopes that he and you will not have to live in a time when the voice of God – as God the Father – through God – as God the Spirit, goes totally silent on planet Earth but . . . global incidents happening right now here on planet Earth are hinting that . . .
